Responsibilities:

Support the sales team in business opportunities related to mechanical seas and supply systems by analyzing operating conditions and equipment data, selecting applicable EagleBurgmann solutions, accelerating responses to customer requests, and contributing to sales growth and the achievement of sales targets;

Respond to technical questions from internal and external customers, helping strengthen and promote EagleBurgmann technical solutions;

Estimate product costs using TSS tools;

Prepare proposals in accordance with TSS standards

Fulfil CSR activities related to administration of quotations.

Support negotiations and order closing activities led by the sales team, helping balance customer requirements with EagleBurgmann’s business objectives;

Conduct customer visits or accompany the sales team during customer visits to present EagleBurgmann solutions and strengthen customer relationships;

Support order entry to ensure alignment with the quoted scope and customer requirements through the following activities;

Support the production of parts and accessories to ensure they comply with the quoted and approved design specifications through the following activities:

Clarify technical questions from production;

Analyze possible material substitutions;

Act as a liaison between Sales and other internal departments within the business unit to improve communication and process flow;

Provide training for internal and external customers on EagleBurgmann products;

Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders to improve productivity and support a positive working environment;

Maintain safe, clean, and organized working conditions;

Observe and follow the Group’s Values and Principles, serving as a role model for colleagues;

Perform other related activities.

Qualifications:

  • Technical degree in Mechanics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Microsoft Office suite
  • General technical product knowledge
  • Ability to select dynamic products for specific applications based on tools and processes after 4-6 weeks of training inside TSS
  • Technical drawing interpretation.
