Solutions Engineering is at the forefront of developing sophisticated SoC/SiP (System-on-Chip / System-in-Package) solutions across a wide range of market segments including Client, Infrastructure, IoT, and Automotive.
In this critical leadership role, you will coordinate the development of high-performance SoCs from concept through product launch. This is a deeply technical position requiring end-to-end expertise and the ability to operate across organizational and geographic boundaries. You will orchestrate multi-functional technical execution and help shape Arm's future in advanced semiconductor technologies such as 2.5D/3D integration and sub-3nm process nodes.

Responsibilities:
- Product Definition: Partner with line-of-business and architecture teams to define product requirements and success criteria.
- Technical leadership: Drive alignment across architecture, front-end design, physical design, packaging, software, silicon validation, test, product engineering, and quality
- Execution Ownership: Serve as the technical point of contact for the assigned product(s), both internally and externally, throughout the development lifecycle
- Program Planning: Assess required engineering resources and competencies, propose execution timelines, and track program health
- Change control: Scrutinize the feature improvement requests and lead the engineering change order process
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct technical capability assessments and feed insights back into tools, methodologies, and team development plans.
Required Skills:
- Bachelors, Masters, or Ph.D. degree or experience in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, with a strong computer architecture, design and product engineering background.
- Direct experience of the full ASIC development lifecycle, from architecture to silicon bring-up.
- Demonstrated success in leading the design and development of complex SoCs, ideally across multiple market segments
- Understanding of Arm-based SoC architecture, compute IPs, interconnect, low-speed and speed peripheral interfaces.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong initiative and open in engaging and learning new concepts and sharing with collaborators
- Proven ability in product definition, architecture, design, system SW and silicon validation.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management, including early-stage concept development and go-to-market readiness.
