We are looking for a Technical Education Program Manager to support and scale technical learning programs across a fast-moving engineering organization. In this role you will help run education initiatives spanning AI, machine learning, data, and broader engineering and technologist community-building efforts. You will work closely with subject matter experts, senior leaders, and external contributors to keep multiple programs on track, well organized, and measurably effective. This is a hands-on program management role for someone who is comfortable operating with ambiguity, ramping quickly on in-flight work, and bringing structure where little exists.
What You'll Do- Manage program timelines, project plans, and operational processes that keep several workstreams moving forward at once.
- Partner with internal experts, senior leaders, and outside contributors to ensure smooth, well-coordinated program delivery.
- Support and drive content development, including slide decks, job aids, program documentation, communication plans, and other learning assets.
- Coordinate logistics for virtual learning sessions and forums, covering course enrollment, materials, speaker preparation, and vendor coordination.
- Track and report on program metrics so the team can evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve.
- Contribute to operational excellence by finding ways to streamline processes, templates, and communication channels.
- Support community-building efforts across the technical organization through events, forums, and contributor networks.
- Five or more years of experience in program or project management within a technical learning and development, HR, or closely related function. A strong understanding of how technology and engineering organizations operate.
- Hands-on experience coordinating technical learning events, conferences, or large-scale programs from end to end. Excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams at the same time.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating polished learning materials and program documentation.
- A demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional partners.
- A data-driven approach to tracking and evaluating program effectiveness.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and ramping quickly on programs that are already in flight.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to apply graphic and visual design principles to learning content, including presentations and job aids.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning.
- Familiarity with AI tools and how they can be applied to productivity and learning.
- A BA or BS degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
