ROLE MANDATE
Own the end-to-end technical delivery of the Sales Command Center across web, iOS, backend, Azure and Dynamics 365 integration. Act as the senior on-site engineering anchor, translating enterprise architecture into working software and guiding a distributed senior engineering team through production delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead implementation across the web application, iOS application, backend services and Dynamics 365 integration.
• Translate target architecture into service boundaries, engineering patterns and sprint-level implementation decisions.
• Define and govern BFFs, domain APIs, Dynamics integration, API/event contracts, authentication, resilience, caching and read-model patterns.
• Ensure Dynamics 365 remains the governed system of record while experience layers remain decoupled from CRM-specific schemas and UI constructs.
• Guide React-based web engineering, React Native/iOS delivery and Python/FastAPI backend development.
• Own Azure application architecture across API Management, identity, compute, messaging, secrets, monitoring and security services.
• Lead technical design reviews, code reviews and cross-layer issue resolution.
• Work with Dynamics specialists on Dataverse entities, workflows, business rules, security roles, Web APIs, plugins and service limits.
• Establish engineering standards across CI/CD, automated testing, observability, release readiness and production support.
• Work directly with client product, architecture, security, CRM and platform stakeholders.
