Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Partner Manager with deep expertise in AI infrastructure to drive strategic partnerships that enable joint innovation, revenue growth, and customer success. This role blends technical acumen with business development, focusing on building strong relationships with leading technology and infrastructure partners to accelerate adoption of Mirantis solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic technical partnerships across the AI infrastructure ecosystem.

  • Support Business Development leadership as the primary technical liaison between Mirantis and strategic technology partners.

  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales to drive joint solution development, technical validation, and technical go-to-market alignment..

  • Build and/or support enablement sessions, solution demos, and technical workshops for partners and, where needed, customers.

  • Represent Mirantis at industry events, technical summits, and partner briefings.

  • Gather partner and customer feedback to influence product roadmap and partnership strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).

  • 7+ years of experience in technical partner management, solutions architecture, or enterprise technology alliances.

  • Strong understanding of AI infrastructure, cloud computing, and container-native technologies (Kubernetes, OpenStack, etc.).

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex partner relationships and drive joint technical initiatives.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.
     

    Preferred Experience

  • Background in AI/ML infrastructure, data center technologies, or GPU-accelerated computing.

  • Prior experience building or supporting joint solutions with hardware, cloud, or software platform providers.

  • Familiarity with open-source ecosystems and DevOps methodologies.

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but limited to, relevant sill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location
Salary range: $250000-$300000 per year
