We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Program Manager with expertise in Retail Application Modernization and GCP Cloud implementation program execution. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate strong leadership qualities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a team-oriented individual who is capable of managing complex projects and driving successful outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Oversee the execution of Retail Application Modernization & GCP Cloud implementation programs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. 

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. 

Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, team members, and clients to ensure alignment and transparency. 

Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. 

Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. 

Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and organizational policies throughout project execution. 

Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and clients. 

Required Qualifications: 

Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP)  

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in program management, with a focus on Retail Application Modernization and GCP Cloud implementation programs. 

Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects within scope, time, and budget constraints. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. 

Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing and motivating team members. 

Solid understanding of Retail Application Modernization and GCP Cloud technologies, architectures, and best practices. 

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum. 

Preferred Experience: 

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple concurrent projects. 

Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage ambiguity effectively. 

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 56,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 196,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is available for independent contractors
