About the Role

We are looking for a contract Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive execution across high-visibility, conversion-critical product surfaces. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role embedded within a product and pricing engineering organization, where you will help ship features that reach millions of users.

You will work directly with Engineering, Product, Design, and Data Science to ensure features ship on time, dependencies are managed proactively, and teams move with clarity and purpose. If you thrive on turning ambiguity into structure and keeping complex programs on track, this role is for you.

What You'll Do
  • Own program execution for product detail page and pricing display initiatives, tracking milestones, surfacing risks, and driving resolution across Web, iOS, and Android engineering teams
  • Partner with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and Product Managers to align roadmaps, sequence work, and ensure cross-team dependencies are visible and unblocked
  • Drive the delivery of key workstreams including price transparency, pre-booking price display surfaces, price display consolidation, and fee-related systems
  • Run regular program cadences such as standups, cross-functional syncs, and stakeholder updates, ensuring progress is visible and issues are escalated appropriately
  • Identify and mitigate technical and execution risks before they become blockers
  • Contribute to bi-annual product release planning by managing product and pricing workstreams through the full product lifecycle
  • Translate complex technical work into clear status communications for engineering directors and senior leadership
    Qualifications
    • 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience, with a track record of driving cross-functional software programs to completion
    • Ability to understand and reason about technical systems, including frontend and backend integrations and multi-platform delivery across Web, iOS, and Android
    • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead through influence and no direct authority
    • Comfort operating in ambiguity, with a proven ability to make order out of chaos and keep programs moving
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to synthesize complex tradeoffs and present at the right altitude for any audience

      Preferred Qualifications
      • Experience working on consumer-facing product surfaces such as product detail pages, checkout, pricing, or booking flows
      • Experience supporting large-scale, high-traffic consumer platforms
      • Familiarity with marketplace or e-commerce environments

        Key Details

          • Start Date: July, 2026

          • Contract Duration: 7 months, with strong possibility of extension

          • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

          • Location: Remote (US based), PST preferred

          • Compensation: $60-$70/hr
