ABOUT THE JOB

GenLogs is rapidly scaling and planning to double its team over the next year. We're looking to bring on a Technical Recruiter to drive our engineering and technical hiring efforts. This role is responsible for owning full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, partnering closely with engineering and product leadership to source and close top technical talent.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering and Product, from intake through offer close
  • Partner with engineering and product leaders to define hiring plans, headcount priorities, and role requirements aligned with team goals
  • Personally handle outbound sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation for technical roles
  • Coach hiring managers and technical interviewers on interviewing, candidate evaluation, and closing techniques
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience, delivering clear, consistent, and human processes from first touch to onboarding
  • Work within GenLogs' recruiting infrastructure (ATS, interview processes, offer workflows), providing feedback to help refine and improve it for technical hiring
  • Collaborate with the Lead Recruiter on hiring strategy and, as needed, third-party agency partners to balance speed and cost-effectiveness for technical roles
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, including in-house technical recruiting at a high-growth startup
  • Proven success hiring for Engineering and Product roles in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong outbound sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, creative sourcing strategies)
  • Ability to operate autonomously and prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, especially with technical hiring managers
  • Solid understanding of technical interview design, candidate assessment, and closing strategies
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Prior experience as a recruiter at a Series A or Series B company
  • Experience recruiting for specialized or hard-to-fill technical roles (e.g., ML, data infrastructure)
  • Familiarity with common ATS platforms, Rippling experience preferred
  • Experience hiring in competitive talent markets
  • Passion for early-stage companies and building teams from zero to one
US SALARY RANGE

GenLogs establishes compensation based on role, level, experience, and location. Salary bands are benchmarked against high-growth technology companies and adjusted for market conditions. Equity grants are included in most full-time offers to ensure every team member participates in the company’s long-term value creation. A recruiter will provide a precise range during the hiring process.
