Job Description:

Join us in shaping the future of next‑generation data center power systems. As a Technical Solutions Engineering - Data Center, you’ll partner closely with customers to design, optimize, and implement cutting‑edge electrical power delivery solutions that support the fast‑evolving demands of high‑efficiency, high‑density digital infrastructure. You’ll serve as a trusted technical advisor—connecting deep engineering insight with real‑world applications and emerging market needs.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
In this role, you’ll blend application engineering, solutions development, and strategic customer engagement—while contributing directly to innovation across our data center portfolio. If you’re energized by technical problem‑solving, building strong customer relationships, and influencing the direction of tomorrow’s power technologies, this is the place to make a real impact.
This position is remote, with residency required in the surrounding areas of San Francisco or Dallas/Fort Worth. Travel: 30%–50%.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Collaborate with product and business teams to shape application strategies.

  • Support sales with technical training, documentation, and expertise.

  • Deliver consultative guidance to operations and engineering partners.

  • Develop and promote methods to optimize transformer components.

  • Lead advanced engineering assignments using innovative approaches.

  • Create and enhance technical solutions that elevate customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate testing, manufacturing, and installation activities.

  • Serve as a technical liaison across internal and external stakeholders.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data center environments.

  • Strong understanding of design, manufacturing, and testing processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects.

  • Skilled communicator with collaborative problem‑solving abilities.

  • Experience in customer‑facing technical support is beneficial.
