Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support for cloud-hosted applications (Azure environment)
- Troubleshoot issues related to:

- Collaborate with Hosting and Infrastructure teams to resolve escalations
- Analyze recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions
- Support customer environments including testing and production systems
- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base articles
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS/PaaS)
- Solid understanding of SQL Server and database management
- Experience supporting hosted/SaaS applications
- Ability to diagnose performance issues and system errors
- Familiarity with incident management tools (e.g., Zendesk or similar)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise asset management or fleet management systems
- Knowledge of application integrations and data pipelines
- Exposure to ITIL practices or structured support environments
Key Competencies:
- Strong communication skills (customer-facing)
