In this role, you will:

Serve as the enterprise policy owner for Technology Observability Management, including policy, standards, and procedures lifecycle management
Define and maintain a technology-wide Observability management framework, including governance structures, roles, and accountabilities

Act as the primary point of contact for Observability-related regulatory exams, audits, and risk assessments
Partner with Independent Risk Management to align with COBIT, FFIEC, ITIL frameworks

Establish enterprise Observability dashboards and executive reporting frameworks

Lead cross-functional governance forums across Technology, Infrastructure, Product, and Risk teams

Drive clarity in roles, responsibilities, and operating model across the enterprise

Required Qualifications:
7+ years of risk management, business controls, or compliance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of management or leadership experience
7+ years of experience in technology infrastructure, Observability management, risk, or enterprise operations
5+ years of experience in policy ownership, governance, or control framework design
5+ years of experience in risk management, audit, or regulatory engagement
3+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM and related technology platforms
Desired Qualifications
Deep knowledge of enterprise frameworks (COBIT, FFIEC, ITIL)
Proven experience building teams and capabilities from the ground up
Strong understanding of Observability planning, performance engineering, and infrastructure scalability
