JOB DESCRIPTION:

Serving as an expert about the structural heart therapy and medical devices for the organization.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Executes activities to meet annual sales, profit, and budgetary goals
• Maintains customer and physician relationships
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities
• Implements field based physician and staff training programs
• Facilitates communication among the relevant functions at the investigational site (e.g.interventionalists, echocardiologists) for procedure scheduling and successful clinical outcomes with structural heart medical device
• Provides technical support to clinicians for the procedures with the structural heart medical device
• Calls on referring physicians to present structural heart technology and the study data;
• Acts in compliance with applicable procedures and policies;

EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES
• 3+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Experience in Medical Devices
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of English (listening and writing)
• Clinical orientation; Presentation Skills; Performance Management; Building Relationship; Ethical Conduct; Results Driven.
