Location: Nashville or Atlanta Preferred/ Remote, United States

What You’ll Do

  • Own Your Territory: Build, manage, and grow a book of business across your territory —hospitals, health systems and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) are all in play.
  • Win New Deals: Prospect, network, and open doors with OR administrators, perioperative leaders, clinical directors and materials management.
  • Show the Magic: Deliver high-impact demos and presentations that make clients wonder how they ever survived without O.R. TRAX.
  • Close and Celebrate: Drive contracts to the finish line and watch your wins turn into happier, more efficient OR teams.
  • Be Everywhere: Represent O.R. TRAX at local healthcare events, trade shows, and industry meetups—your name will be the one they know.
  • Partner for Success: Work hand-in-hand with our implementation and support teams to ensure every new client has a smooth, successful rollout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales goals tied to ARR, new facility onboarding, vendor rep credentials activated, and client retention.
  • Success metrics include pipeline health and growth, forecast, activity reports, months-to-contract, and adoption rates.
  • Reports to the VP of Sales.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Closer: 3–5+ years in healthcare technology, SaaS, or medical device sales with a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Relationship Builder: Knows how to earn trust with surgical services leadership, vendor managers, and decision-makers.
  • Consultative Seller: Can navigate complex hospital and ambulatory surgery center environments, uncover pain points, and tailor solutions that stick.
  • Self-Starter: You’re competitive, resourceful, and thrive with autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
    • Remote-work pro who anticipates needs, tackles challenges, and owns outcomes
  • Local Presence: Based in or near Nashville, TN or Atlanta, GA and ready to travel your territory.
  • Healthcare Savvy: Experience in OR workflows, vendor credentialing, or hospital compliance is a big plus.
    • Proven success selling into hospitals, health systems and/or ambulatory surgery centers.
Compensation Snapshot
  • Base salary depending on experience, plus commission, quarterly and annual bonuses as well as monthly current hospital support compensation
