- Rapid News Translation & Relay: Spearhead daily morning briefing calls to digest the latest market moves and breaking stories, immediately distilling these insights into actionable creative briefs for the design team.
- Optimise for Performance & CTR: Apply a deep understanding of YouTube’s backend mechanics and audience psychology to create assets that win the "click" by a mile, ensuring all packaging is impactful and market-relevant.
- Operationalise Design Workflows: Build and maintain a seamless, efficient design process that can withstand the intense time constraints of a live streaming environment, ensuring every show asset is ready for the "Stream Team" before go-live.
- Cross-Functional Creative Direction: Provide expert art direction and execution for diverse auxiliary projects across the media network, ensuring a consistent and "elite" visual identity across all platforms.
Your skills and experience
- Visual Storytelling and Execution: Proven ability to turn complex crypto narratives and "breaking" market news into high-impact YouTube thumbnails that are simple, urgent, and designed to win the click.

- Creative Leadership and Briefing: Experienced in leading and managing international design teams, with the ability to relay complex daily stories into clear, actionable creative briefs for rapid execution.
- YouTube Psychology and Backend Mastery: A strong understanding of YouTube mechanics, specifically focusing on click-through rates (CTR) and audience retention strategies used by top-tier crypto and finance channels.
