Who You Are

  • A proactive problem solver who identifies roadblocks early, escalates with clarity, and drives resolution without waiting to be asked.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management instincts, able to track multiple concurrent certification programs, timelines, and risk factors simultaneously

What We Need

  • Drive end-to-end product certification activities and regulatory approvals across all relevant markets and regional bodies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional actions across Sales, Systems Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, and external certification agencies to keep programs on schedule.
  • Identify and remove certification roadblocks that prevent customer shipments, managing escalation paths and communicating risk to leadership in a timely manner.
  • Ensure products meet regional import, export, and regulatory requirements to support global deployments and on-time revenue recognition.

What You Will Learn

  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder certification processes across global regulatory bodies and agencies, building deep expertise in international trade compliance frameworks.
  • Develop cross-functional leadership skills by working at the intersection of revenue, operations, and product delivery in a fast-moving hardware environment.
  • Gain direct visibility into how certification execution connects to customer satisfaction, shipment velocity, and cash flow, making a measurable impact on business outcomes.
