This role designs and delivers engaging learning experiences for employees, partners, and end users, while managing the tools and processes that support scalable enablement. Acting as a key liaison across Product, Sales, Support, and Operations, this position ensures training content is accurate, accessible, and impactful.
What You’ll Do:
In addition to the above, you’ll focus on the following:
- Develop and execute training strategy aligned with organizational goals, including pricing concepts and revenue forecasting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to assess training requirements and close knowledge gaps.
- Design and deliver engaging content for in-person and virtual classes targeting internal teams, end users, and system integrators.
- Coordinate regional training events, including venue reservations and logistics.
- Produce high-quality multimedia content and clear documentation across multiple product lines.
- Review and approve customer-facing knowledge base content for accuracy, intuitive navigation, and style consistency.
- Administer and optimize the LMS (Docebo), including catalogs, learning paths, reporting, and automation.
- Collect learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve content and delivery methods.
- Travel up to 50% to customer sites, partner facilities, and internal offices for onsite training as needed.
- Curriculum development and instructional design.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills for live and virtual training.
- Training evaluation and impact measurement (e.g., Kirkpatrick model).
- Content creation (multimedia, documentation, eLearning modules).
- Customer service soft skills and professionalism.
- Experience authoring user documentation and how-to guides.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent tools for training content.
- Ability to design structured programs and materials for diverse learners (ADDIE or equivalent).
- Experience administering or creating content for Docebo LMS or similar platforms.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
