Description

KMS Lighthouse is adding a Training Specialist to support our growing team and clients! We are searching for a talented individual that is able to establish the team’s methodologies for the training area in the organization. This includes supporting clients' learning of our system and the learning for internal new hires. You’ll be a strategic member of our team working closely with Delivery, Support, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for technical training delivery on the KMS Lighthouse system for clients and internal team members
  • Responsible for making necessary improvements and adjustments to the training material
  • Performing training for diverse populations: internal, partners, and customers
  • Ongoing maintenance of a knowledge management system
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams and global teams
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in training and training development
  • Technology oriented with a desire to always be learning yourself
  • Prior experience with SaaS is preferred
  • Flexibility in working hours to support Europe and Australia training efforts
  • Creative approach and excellent ability to convey visual messages through presentations and other tools
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal
