POSITION SUMMARY
Integrity Wealth is seeking Transition Project Leaders to project-manage individual advisor transitions onto the platform.
Each leader owns a concurrent portfolio of advisor moves end to end — readiness planning, day-one execution, account transfer coordination, issue resolution, and advisor training — serving as the advisor's single accountable partner through the most critical weeks of their affiliation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own a concurrent portfolio of advisor transitions end to end, from discovery through handoff to Advisor Success.
• Plan and execute day-one readiness: forms, compliance, branding, and client communication strategy.
• Run prioritized transfer batches with daily ramp tracking.
• Manage the exception queue and ramp-risk flags in real time.
• Train advisors to platform self-sufficiency across customer relationship management, reporting, and custodial systems.
• Direct matrixed service, operations, and vendor resources assigned to each transition.

SUCCESS MEASURES
• Per-advisor asset ramp milestones of 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, and 90% across months one through five
• Playbook on-time task completion of 95% or better
• Top-20 clients contacted within 72 hours, 100% of the time
• Exception rate below 10%; advisor net promoter score of 70 or better by day 90 per transition

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Five or more years in advisor transitions, brokerage operations, or wealth management project management.
• Has personally project-managed advisor moves end to end, not solely supported them.
• Strong command of account transfer mechanics and exception resolution.
• Able to carry a concurrent portfolio of transitions under firm deadlines with competing priorities.
• Client-facing polish sufficient to be the advisor's primary point of contact during a high-stress period.
• Bachelor's degree required.
