Role Overview:
The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for planning and executing day-to-day and period-end Treasury and payroll activities, including facilitating online banking transactions and access control, analyzing key receivable and payable accounts, managing Billd’s warehouse and bank facility operations, and managing overall liquidity.
This role will join Billd’s growing Finance team, reporting to the Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily management of liquidity and cash forecasting models and reporting
- Analyze various financing options to determine optimal funding strategy and prepare cash recycling and funding requests for debt facilities, as needed
- Assist with reporting requirements and covenant compliance for external stakeholders
- Manage the daily payments process and execute payments according to the company's liquidity management policy
- Manage payroll process ensuring timely and accurate payment
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state tax withholding regulations and timely filing of required payroll and benefit tax reports
- Assist in monthly treasury and payroll reporting processes and models for internal stakeholders, auditors, and creditors
- Liaise with internal and external parties for audit requests related to financing and payroll activities
- Develop and maintain reports across system-of-record and business intelligence platforms
- Support recurring and ad-hoc business performance analyses as they relate to cash flow and debt obligations.
- Prepare process documentation for core treasury and payroll activities
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience working in a similar position
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related fields preferred
- Operations and reporting for secured debt facilities preferred
- Thorough knowledge of banking systems, including experience with wire and ACH transactions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain precision in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Excel aptitude, experience using data analysis/BI tools a plus
