Responsibilities
  • Conduct interviews with clients to determine their needs
  • Create custom solutions using our toolbox of over 220 top-named carriers
  • Educate the Austin community on available benefits
  • Ensure support and follow up with claims
  • Keep up to date with the changes in benefits available to clients
  • Maintain excellent client relations with exceptional follow-up
  • Leverage our relationships with The American Legion, The Elks, and A.M. Vets to help more people!
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (Austin, TX)
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Email programs
  • Drive to be an advocate for your community
