Overview
Cloudflare is looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic University Recruiting Coordinator (URC) to join our University/Early Talent Recruiting team. The URC will play a critical role in supporting and executing our university recruitment strategy, focusing on building strong relationships with target universities and ensuring a seamless, positive experience for student candidates and internal stakeholders. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for early-career talent and campus engagement. You will be required to go into the office 2-3x per week.
Key Responsibilities Candidate and Interview Coordination
  • Schedule and coordinate all phases of the university recruiting process, including on-campus interviews, virtual interviews, and final round interviews.
  • Manage all candidate communication for interview logistics, ensuring timely and professional follow-up.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and interview statuses.
Campus Event Management and Logistics
  • Coordinate logistics for all on-campus and virtual recruiting events, including career fairs, info sessions, workshops, major conferences, and student group meetings.
  • Research and book venue reservations, catering, and materials shipping for recruiting events.
  • Manage swag orders and inventory for the global team, and partner with internal marketing teams to come up with new swag ideas.
  • Prepare recruiting marketing materials, including presentations, giveaways, and event signage.
  • Serve as a company representative at campus events as needed, building relationships with students and university career services staff.
Program Support
  • Assist in the planning and execution of intern and full-time new graduate programs (e.g., orientation, housing, social events, performance reviews).
  • Support the University Recruiting team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives to enhance the overall campus strategy.
  • Help track key recruiting metrics and help prepare post-event reports and analysis.
Qualifications Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications) or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a coordinator role, preferably within recruiting, HR, or event planning. Experience specifically in university/campus recruiting is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo) and/or Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Ability to travel locally up to 25% during peak recruiting seasons.
  • Available and able to go into the Austin office 2-3x per week.
