As a Market Development Manager for Dental Solutions in the United States and Canada, you will make an impact by:

  • Defining the regional portfolio strategy aligned with the global portfolio strategy

  • Owning business building & collaborative partnerships for relevant portfolios in region

  • Leading new product launches in the United Stated and Canada

  • Driving growth through execution of portfolio programs

  • Defining and executing pricing strategies and decisions in line with global strategic direction

  • Collaborating with Global teams and Regional Omnichannel and Country Marketing on the implementation of marketing campaigns

  • Generating customer insights around customer experience, product/solution performance, competitive positioning, and new product opportunities

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution

  • Five (5) years of marketing, portfolio, or business management/development experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Possess expertise equivalent to that which would be obtained in a master’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or Strategy

  • Effective cross-functional collaboration, communication, and project management skills

  • Experience understanding customer needs and business objectives and translating into portfolio strategies (pricing, positioning, etc.)

  • Ability to use analytics to take projects effectively from analysis to insight and implementation

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $152,150 - $196,900, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
