JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible to assist acquiring, maintaining and auditing company licensing and product registration. Research and analyze applicable legislation and Federal, State and Local regulations to ensure the company’s ongoing compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Typically responsible for two or more of the following duties:

  • Assist with acquiring and maintaining Henry Schein facilities, affiliates and subsidiaries federal, state, and local licenses.
  • Assist with contacting Federal, State, and local government agencies (i.e., FDA, DEA, EPA, DOT, FAA, and State Pharmacy Boards) to obtain information related to regulatory compliance issues.
  • Assist with the research of applicable Federal, State and local regulations and with the development and implementation of the necessary policies and procedures to ensure the company’s ongoing compliance with current and new requirements.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: 

  • Understanding of regulations applicable to HS operations.     

GENERAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: 

  • General proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures
  • Basic planning/organizational skills and techniques
  • Basic analysis and problem solving skills
  • Basic verbal and written communication skills

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: 

Typically 1 to 3 years of related professional experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION: 

Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.

The posted range for this position is $53,668-$73,794, which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
