Boeing is looking for a Used Serviceable Materials Supply Chain Specialist (Level 2) to join the Boeing Global Services team in Dallas, Texas.
In this role the candidate would be responsible for handling customer requirements. They would coordinate responses to customer inquiries for spare parts requirements and facilitate delivery problem resolution. Candidate would coordinate collection and processing of supplier data, part certifications and information regarding delivery of parts. Candidate would be responsible for entering sales orders and facilitating shipment of orders entered. Candidate would track and monitor shipments while coordinating with customers and understating delivery requirements. Candidate would be responsible for following up and facilitating core returns from customers.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Prepares and executes sales request for material requirements from customers
  • Works with customers to process RMAs and core returns.
  • Order fulfillment support with internal/external programs, working to customer commit dates.
  • Review and identify technical documentation in determining alternate parts for customer fulfillment and repair management activities.
  • Mitigates risks and issues related to customer support programs.
  • Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements.
  • Organizes and tracks freight transportation reports in support of programs.
  • Monitors customer allocation and delivery schedules for customers.
  • Provides program timely communication, leadership and continuous process improvement.
  • Collaborating with product, sales, and finance teams on pricing decisions.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
  • 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Experience developing/maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Proficient with various inter-relational software programs (i.e. MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment working on multiple competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Experience working within the Aviation Industry
  • Experience working with Used Serviceable Material with a focus on Engines
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents

Summary Pay Range: $79,050 - $106,950/Annually
