Job Description

We’re looking for a Product Designer with 2-3 years of experience to help shape and evolve Snap’s core digital experience across web and mobile.

In this role, you’ll balance hands-on execution with product thinking designing new features and improving end-to-end journeys from discovery through task completion. You’ll focus on delivering outcome driven design solutions, creating intuitive, low-friction experiences that drive measurable user and business impact.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to rapidly turn ideas into testable solutions, using AI as a core part of your day-to-day design workflow to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and iteration.

This role requires someone who can move quickly, think critically, and operate across multiple projects contributing to both product experiences and the broader design system, while helping maintain consistency across web and mobile platforms.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Design end-to-end experiences across mobile and web with support from senior designers
  • Rapidly translate ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and testable solutions
  • Use AI daily within your design workflow to accelerate ideation, iteration, and delivery
  • Jump into ambiguous problems and produce quick, scrappy solutions for validation and testing
  • Apply critical thinking to solve user and business problems not just execute tasks
  • Contribute to and help evolve a scalable, tokenized design system that connects design to code
  • Act as an advocate for AI-driven workflows and design system adoption, helping improve team efficiency and consistency
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to ship features efficiently
  • Support multiple workstreams and adapt quickly across projects
  • Use data, user feedback, and experimentation to inform and improve design decisions
  • Communicate your work clearly and participate in critiques, reviews, and team discussions

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 2-3 years of experience designing digital products (mobile and/or web)
  • Strong foundation in interaction design, visual design, and UX principles, design system.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems, not just follow requirements
  • Experience creating interactive prototypes for testing and iteration
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI in design workflows to improve speed and output quality
  • Familiarity with design systems, components, and scalable design practices
  • Proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shift context efficiently
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
