About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced software developer with strong skills in C, C++, or Python to join our V-Force team—a specialized engineering squad embedded within R&D. this is a hands-on development position focused on solving the most challenging and high-impact problems across our platform.

As a member of V-Force, you’ll:

  • Debug complex issues in real-world production environments
  • Design and develop robust code solutions and enhancements
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, product, and field teams on customer feature requests, POCs, and sales enablement
  • Tackle real-time performance challenges in large-scale systems
  • Contribute directly to the evolution of our file system and storage stack

This role is perfect for a developer who thrives on deep problem-solving, understands systems at the low level, and wants to have a direct line of sight to customer impact.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong development skills in C, C++, or Python
  • Systems programming experience and the ability to work close to the OS/kernel level
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, OSI layers)
  • Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git)
  • Experience or interest in storage systems, file systems, or block-level storage (a plus)
  • BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
