Reports To: Chief Commercial Officer

Location: Remote (within the U.S.)

Environment: Remote, with up 25% Travel (primarily domestic with some international)

Purpose of Your Work:

As VP of Alliances, Technology you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with other organizations to drive business growth, expand Redwood market position, and maximize the execution and velocity of our GTM Teams aligned to this function.

How You Make a Difference Everyday:

  • Lead all aspects and team member(s) of a high performing Channel and Alliances Team.
  • Achieve alliance/channel designated revenue goals through direct and indirect impact.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to determine and prioritize alliance strategies with new and existing partners.
  • Help shape the vision and execute the growth strategy with strategic partners.
  • Oversee strategic alliance initiatives from ideation to implementation.
  • Develop comprehensive alliance plans, including joint go-to-market strategic enablement programs.
  • Position Redwood’s differentiators and various solutions to generate additional pipeline opportunities, creating value within the partner go-to-market organization.
  • As necessary, leverage additional Redwood stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Business leadership, and Executive sponsorship to widen influence and related relationships.
  • Generate a partner-derived customer pipeline, leading to successful revenue growth attainments targets and global go-to-market strategies across Redwood’s portfolio.
  • Where applicable, position Redwood’s 4PL services to provide additional customer value and accelerate partner-led sales opportunities.
  • Partner with and support our GTM teams while pushing the sales, success, and marketing teams forward to drive alliance expansion and overall success.
  • Synchronize efforts with GTM Team Leaders to ensure proper lead routing and opportunity ownership, communicating internally and externally to maintain a streamlined process.
  • Position QBR’s and continuous improvement feedback loops with the Partners to drive additional growth opportunities.
  • Standardize and build business reporting metrics (e.g. Salesforce) for strategic analysis and internal business review at all levels of the organization including executive, middle management, and field level impact.
  • Analyze data and collaborate with customers, partners and stakeholders to capture feedback to understand business needs and build consensus.
  • Prepare, optimize and effectively manage budgets related to the alliance / partner structure.
  • Clearly communicate organizational and departmental strategies and goals to all partner staff.
  • Set, measure, and drive accountability around KPIs that produce expected results.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, industry trends, best practices and change management to improve performance and increase profitability.
  • Summarize feedback gathered from partner / alliance / customer / prospect meetings and act as advocate for our customers with internal Redwood teams.

Work Schedule:

This position is full-time and remote Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Compensation Range:

Salary Range:

$200,000 - $250,000

This position is eligible to earn annual incentives based on individual and company performance.

The estimated pay range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the geographical location in which the applicant lives and/or which they will be performing the job.
