VP, Brand & Creative

$230,000–$250,000 base + bonus · Remote · Reports to Chief Customer Officer

You'll own the creative soul of LaserAway — setting the brand vision, leading the team that brings it to life, and building the systems that let a high-growth company stay visually and strategically sharp at scale.

About LaserAway

LaserAway is the nation's leader in aesthetic dermatology — PE-backed, founder-influenced, and operating 200+ clinics nationwide with aggressive expansion ahead. The brand sits at the intersection of medical credibility and aspirational beauty, and this role exists to make sure it stays there as we scale. This is not a maintenance role. The creative infrastructure, the team, and the brand expression all have room to grow — and the mandate to do it.

What You'll Own

The full creative and brand function — visual identity, campaign concepting, content production, influencer partnerships, and PR — plus the team, the systems, and the cross-functional relationships that make all of it run.

Day-to-day: setting creative direction across paid, organic, social, and partner channels; leading a team of designers, copywriters, and production staff plus an influencer manager; overseeing agency relationships; driving PR strategy including press, store openings, and local partnerships; and collaborating with marketing ops and technology to ensure digital touchpoints are on-brand and conversion-focused. You'll also own the process — content calendars, workflow systems, brand guidelines — so the team scales without losing quality.

Why This Role Is Different

LaserAway has earned its market position through a distinctive brand — one that feels premium without being inaccessible, clinical without being cold. The next chapter requires someone who has navigated exactly this kind of inflection point: a founder-influenced culture moving through PE-backed high growth, where the brand must evolve without losing what made it work. If you've done this before — maintained creative integrity while building the infrastructure to operate at scale — this is the role for you.

Who Thrives Here

  • 7+ years in creative leadership in beauty, wellness, aesthetics, or an adjacent lifestyle category — with a portfolio that shows a clear, distinctive point of view
  • Experience in founder-led, PE-backed environments through high-growth scale — you know how to move fast, earn trust quickly, and build systems without bureaucracy
  • Equally strong as a creative director and an operator — you can concept a campaign and build the workflow system that gets it produced on time
  • Track record with influencer strategy and PR, not just awareness — you understand how these functions drive measurable brand and business outcomes
  • Comfortable presenting to executive leadership and cross-functional partners — you can articulate creative rationale in business terms
  • Travel flexibility for clinic visits, production, and leadership meetings as needed

Compensation & Benefits

  • $230,000–$250,000 annual base salary + performance bonus
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off
  • Employee discounts on treatments and products

Why Now

  • LaserAway is in active expansion — new markets, new clinic openings, and a brand that needs to scale without diluting
  • The creative function has a strong foundation — this role is about elevating and systematizing it, not starting from scratch
  • Direct seat at the table with the Chief Customer Officer and visibility to the executive team from day one
