What You'll Do

Are you a systems leader ready to own the architecture, data, and operating model that power a high-growth EdTech company? As Vice President, Business Systems at Edmentum, you'll own the enterprise systems architecture, set the strategy and governance that connect every major business function, and lead the transformation work that turns that foundation into efficiency, growth, and operating maturity. As a true player and coach, you'll lead through others while diving into the toughest, most ambiguous initiatives yourself.

In this role you will:

  • Own and evolve the enterprise systems architecture, standards, and integration strategy on a 1 to 3 year horizon.
  • Operate a hub-and-spoke governance model that balances enterprise control with speed close to the business.
  • Lead transformation initiatives end to end as a player and coach, turning ambiguous problems into adoption and measurable impact.
  • Set the standards and enablement model for AI, automation, certified data, and operating visibility so teams work safely and see risk and progress.
  • Align executive leaders on priorities and outcomes, and tell the value story in terms of efficiency, adoption, quality, risk reduction, and financial impact.
  • Build and coach a high-performing team and create reusable standards that lift delivery quality across the enterprise.
Who You Are
  • You have 12 or more years across systems, technology enablement, transformation, or enterprise program leadership, including 5 or more years in senior leadership, ideally in EdTech or SaaS.
  • You have owned enterprise systems architecture and can set and execute multi-year strategy aligned to executive objectives.
  • You have strong command of CRM, ERP, BI, integration, and data platforms and how to align data flows across a complex organization.
  • You are a true player and coach, comfortable leading through others and diving into high-stakes, ambiguous work yourself.
  • You use AI, automation, and analytics to improve operations and enable smarter, safer decisions.
  • You hold data privacy and security in the K to 12 education sector as a non-negotiable standard.
  • You have strong executive presence and synthesize complexity into clear options and recommendations.
  • You bring a commitment to inclusion, integrity, and the mission to make high-quality learning accessible to every student.
  • You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.
