What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll own the full sales cycle, from identifying and targeting new accounts through prospecting, executive engagement, solution development, negotiation, and close. You’ll lead with the business value of data, AI, cloud, CRM, and modern contact center solutions, engaging executives across Customer Experience, Customer Service, Digital, Technology, Data & AI, Sales, and Operations.

Working with TTEC Digital solution architects, consultants, partner specialists, and delivery leaders, you’ll develop compelling solutions across AWS, Google, Microsoft, Five9, NICE, Genesys, Salesforce, and other platforms to address complex customer challenges and differentiate TTEC Digital in the marketplace.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Identify, prospect, penetrate, and close net-new enterprise accounts & expand existing accounts.
  • Pipeline creation: Generate qualified pipeline through targeted prospecting, account mapping, executive outreach, partner ecosystems, events, and referrals.
  • Executive engagement: Establish relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers and create access to economic buyers.
  • Portfolio positioning: Position TTEC Digital as a data and AI company for CX, with capabilities spanning cloud, CRM, contact center, analytics, automation, and managed services.
  • Partner-led solution selling: Connect customer challenges to solutions from AWS, Google, Microsoft, Five9, NICE, Genesys, Salesforce, and other strategic technology partners.
  • Opportunity leadership: Orchestrate internal teams, partner stakeholders, and customer leaders through complex sales cycles.
  • Revenue growth: Consistently achieve new-logo bookings, revenue, pipeline, and activity targets.
  • Competitive selling: Differentiate TTEC Digital and our partner-enabled solutions against CX, CCaaS, AI, cloud, CRM, and services competitors.
  • Forecast discipline: Maintain accurate pipeline, opportunity strategy, close plans, and forecasts.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Research and prioritize net-new enterprise accounts based on data, AI, cloud, CRM, and contact center transformation potential.
  • Build relationships with C-level and senior executives across CX, Customer Service, Technology, Digital, Data & AI, Sales, and Operations.
  • Prospect into organizations where there is a compelling business case for AI-powered customer and employee experiences.

  • Conduct executive discovery to understand business priorities, CX challenges, data environments, technology ecosystems, and transformation initiatives.
  • Position TTEC Digital’s full portfolio and partner ecosystem around high-value business problems rather than any single platform or technology.
  • Create and advance opportunities from prospecting through qualification, solution development, negotiation, and close.
  • Partner with solution architects, practice leaders, and partner teams on proposals, demonstrations, business cases, and executive presentations.
  • Maintain a healthy new-logo pipeline, aggressively progress pursuits, and maintain accurate forecasts.

What You Bring to the Role

  • 10+ years of enterprise technology, SaaS, cloud, AI, CX, CCaaS, CRM, data, or professional services sales experience.
  • Demonstrated new-logo hunting track record, including personally originating and closing enterprise accounts.

  • Ability to lead with an integrated, platform-agnostic point of view and align the right partner technologies to each client’s environment and priorities.
  • Executive presence and demonstrated ability to establish C-suite and senior business and technology relationships.
  • Strong consultative and value-selling skills, including the ability to create demand around solutions customers may not yet be actively evaluating.
