Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic VP, AI Solutions to lead our Data business initiatives. This role will focus on shaping client-facing solutions for AI training data, driving pre-sales engagements, and building scalable frameworks for enterprise adoption of advanced AI workflows.

You will partner closely with leading LLM providers, enterprises, and internal teams to design solutions that span data labeling, annotation, localization, RLHF, and multi-modal workflows. This is a leadership position requiring both strategic vision and hands-on expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead solution design for global clients in the data/AI ecosystem, ensuring offerings align with customer needs and market trends.

  • Partner with LLM providers and enterprises to design and implement data workflows including labeling, annotation, localization, and RLHF.

  • Build and enforce quality frameworks for data to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability.

  • Design and optimize multi-modal workflows (text, audio, video, image, and sensor data).

  • Drive pre-sales engagements including RFP responses, pricing strategies, solution presentations, and customer workshops.

  • Lead and inspire a multi-cultural, cross-functional team across geographies.

  • Collaborate with product, delivery, and research teams to align solution design with innovation roadmaps.

  • Represent the company as a thought leader in industry forums, client discussions, and strategic partnerships.

  • Foster a startup mindset and growth-oriented culture, balancing agility with scale.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record of solution design and pre-sales in the AI Data, LLM, or ML Ops ecosystem.

  • Direct experience with leading LLM providers, delivering solutions for data labeling, annotation, localization, and RLHF workflows.

  • Strong background in quality frameworks for data and assurance processes.

  • Hands-on expertise in multi-modal workflows spanning text, vision, speech, and more.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-cultural teams in global, fast-paced environments.

  • Startup mindset with the ability to scale operations while remaining agile.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging C-level stakeholders.

Location: Bay Area strongly preferred.

Salary: $300k + OTE
