About this Role:

Senior IT leader responsible for driving enterprise technology strategy, large-scale delivery, and operational performance. This role partners with executive leadership to enable business growth, digital transformation, and secure, scalable technology capabilities. 

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute IT strategy aligned to business growth and financial performance
• Lead large-scale technology delivery and global IT operations
• Own budgets, vendor strategy, and enterprise architecture decisions
• Drive digital transformation and modernization initiatives
• Ensure security, risk, and compliance across all technology platforms
• Lead and develop high-performing, multi-level IT teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience
• Proven executive leadership across IT strategy, operations, and delivery
• Experience managing large teams, budgets, and complex portfolios
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, design, communication, and execution skills
• Experience working with multiple vendors and strategic partners
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, network, and telecom environments
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder influence

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $minimum - $midpoint.
