The Vice President of Culture will be responsible for defining and driving a company-wide culture strategy that supports employee engagement, team alignment, and business performance. This role will partner closely with HR leadership and department heads to operationalize company values, strengthen internal communications, and create a cohesive employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a culture strategy that aligns with company goals, values, and growth stage.
  • Create and manage communication programs that keep employees informed, connected, and aligned.
  • Design and oversee initiatives that support a positive, high-performance work environment.
  • Build consistent onboarding experiences and team rituals that reinforce company identity and connection.
  • Partner with People/HR to shape leadership expectations and guide leaders in sustaining team alignment and accountability.
  • Develop and track metrics to evaluate culture health, engagement levels, and team sentiment over time.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in people operations, internal communications, or organizational leadership, preferably in a high-growth company.
  • Proven success in shaping and scaling company culture in dynamic environments.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and align across levels.
  • Results-oriented mindset with experience translating culture efforts into measurable impact.
  • Hands-on, pragmatic, and capable of executing strategy in a lean startup environment.
  • Passionate about building strong teams and driving operational alignment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
