Own a regional territory selling OneImaging's radiology cost-containment solution to large self-insured employers. Build pipeline via direct outreach and broker/consultant channels, lead full sales cycle from discovery to close, engage senior benefits and HR stakeholders, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and client outcomes. Represent the company at industry events.

Radiology is the second most used healthcare service, used by over 51% of the workforce annually. Despite the critical role of radiology in healthcare, the process for undergoing a medical imaging exam has remained unchanged for decades. OneImaging is solving this with a concierge approach and a premium-quality radiology network of over 4,000 vetted providers across 48 states, which also reduces imaging costs by 60-80%. Our solution helps patients and families access essential radiology services at fair prices and without surprise bills, all while delivering immediate savings and ROI for employers and payers on every exam.

We are seeking a strategic, data-obsessed, and execution-focused VP of Growth to architect and lead our growth strategy across the full member engagement funnel. Reporting to the COO, the VP of Growth will own top-line member engagement and utilization of our services by members across both member acquisition and retention. This is a high-impact, revenue-driving leadership role which integrates efforts across marketing, product, sales, and data to create a compound growth engine.

What you'll do:

  • Build and lead a high-performing, data-driven growth team that achieves aggressive activation, completion, and retention goals with exceptional member satisfaction.
  • Architect and continuously optimize full-funnel member engagement and growth strategies across sales, marketing, product, customer success, and member services.
  • Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate campaign development, content creation, and testing across multiple channels—including email, SMS, in-product, and paid media.
  • Represent growth KPIs, insights, and roadmap to executive team, board members, and investors with credibility and clarity.
  • Drive experimentation and A/B testing frameworks to validate new channels, messages, and strategies to deliver exceptional value to OneImaging’s members.
  • Use AI-enhanced analytics and predictive modeling to uncover trends, inform segmentation strategies, and guide investment decisions.
  • Develop and own core growth metrics, dashboards, and models (including those powered by AI/ML) to support prioritization and resource allocation.
  • Measure and optimize performance against revenue, CAC, LTV, and net revenue retention targets.

About you:

  • 10+ years of experience leading growth in high-velocity, venture-backed technology companies, ideally in a B2C or B2B2C environment.
  • Proven track record of owning and scaling growth and revenue from early-stage ($0–$10M) to $100M+ ARR.
  • Experience in creating and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement.
  • Expertise across the full growth stack: marketing operations, acquisition, lifecycle, product-led growth, analytics, and sales collaboration.
  • Advanced experience with growth experimentation, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and rapid iteration loops.
  • Hands-on fluency with modern growth tools (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Segment, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker, etc.)
  • Experience building and managing high-performing, cross-functional growth teams (including marketing, ops, data, and creative).
  • Data-first mindset with a bias toward measurable outcomes and ROI-driven decision making.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills—proven ability to influence product, sales, and finance peers to drive aligned growth outcomes.
  • Strong background in digital health or a related industry is preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $185,000 - $225,000.  Individual compensation will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, experience, location, and applicable laws. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
