Role Overview
We are seeking a world-class Vice President of Marketing to lead strategy, execution, and growth across our portfolio of companies. You will drive measurable business outcomes by designing integrated marketing campaigns, owning the marketing P&L, and ensuring the team delivers on pipeline generation, brand positioning, and digital dominance.
This is NOT a brand role, though brand dominance is part of the equation, this is an executive marketing leadership position capable of running an business unit that can amplify the entire portfolio —it’s a performance-driven leadership position requiring sharp analytical skills, strategy implementation and execution, high standards, and the ability to move fast without sacrificing results.
You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with leadership across our operating companies. You will own the full marketing mandate: demand generation, sales focused content, talent marketing, events, and digital — with the freedom and objective to make marketing a measurable growth driver
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation
- Build and scale B2B pipeline through targeted account-based marketing (ABM)
- Drive campaigns across conferences, digital, email, and outbound targeting hyperscalers, data center developers, and enterprise operators
- Own the marketing-to-revenue funnel with clear KPIs tied to business outcome
Talent & Workforce Marketing
• Partner with recruiting leadership to drive workforce hiring
• Attract the blue-collar, transitioning military, and mission-critical talent that powers our workforce
• Develop campaigns aligned to the targeted B2B audience in the data center industry
Content & Thought Leadership
• Own the editorial voice
• Develop executive visibility for the leadership team within the data center and AI infrastructure ecosystem
• Produce content that resonates with both enterprise buyers and the workforce Overwatch serves
Team & Function Building
• Lead an in-house marketing team as the company scales
• Manage agency/contractor relationships
• Build the systems, processes, and metrics that turn marketing into a reliable growth engine
EMEA & Global Expansion
• Support international go-to-market as Overwatch expands into EMEA
• Adapt messaging and campaigns for regional markets while maintaining brand cohesion
• Collaborate with the President of Overwatch EMEA on regional initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years in B2B marketing, 3+ in senior leadership
- Track record building marketing at high-growth companies (PE-backed
or Series B–D
- Deep fluency in ABM, enterprise pipeline, and demand gen tied to
revenue
- Strong communicator and writer, distills complex value props into
compelling narrative
- Strong expertise in Salesforce
- Builder mindset comfortable owning a function with no large team to
inherit
Bonus
- Experience in data center, construction, or infrastructure services
- Familiarity with the mission-critical or data center ecosystem
- Military background or experience with veteran organization
- Prior experience in both employer and client-side marketing
- International marketing experience (EMEA a plus
