About the Role

We are looking for a strategic product leader to join Tricentis product executive team, helping to shape the future of Tricentis’ product portfolio toward AI-Native Testing solutions, redefining how enterprise testing is built and managed.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead strategic research, assessments and prototypes building related to Tricentis’ product strategy including new Enterprise Testing transformations and needs, AI, Low-touch model products, testing platforms, aligned with enterprise and mid-market customer needs and market trends.
  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the product portfolio to identify core competitive advantages (“moats”), opportunities for disruption and provide recommendations for strategic priorities (build, buy, partner).
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to translate strategy into execution, ensuring alignment on roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of AI-driven capabilities across the portfolio.
  • Define and incubate new AI-driven product opportunities, with a strong focus on rapid validation, product-market fit, and scalable business impact.
  • Establish and lead strategic partnerships with key players in the AI ecosystem to accelerate innovation and strengthen Tricentis’ market leadership position.
  • Continuously assess market trends, competitive landscape, and technological shifts in AI and test automation and management, translating insights into actionable strategic recommendations for executive leadership.

What We’re Looking For (Basic Qualifications)

  • Proven experience in product strategy or product leadership within B2B SaaS environments
  • Hands-on experience building testing platforms, developer tools (DevTools), or enterprise-grade software
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their business impact
  • Demonstrated track record of driving innovation and large-scale product transformation
  • Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and execution levels
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and global teams

What sets you apart (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience as a CTO or technical founder in a startup environment
  • Experience working closely with a CTO office in high-growth companies or large enterprises
  • Background combining enterprise scale with startup pace and innovation mindset
  • Strong sense of urgency, speed, and innovation-driven mindset
  • Experience in strategic licensing and pricing analysis and monetization models across multiple enterprise products, platform of products, Cloud, AI and OnPrem.
