As the Vice President of Revenue Operations at Safeguard Global, you will be instrumental in driving scalable revenue growth through strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead a team responsible for optimizing sales processes, aligning sales, marketing, and customer operations functions, and leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making. The VP of Revenue Operations will bring a deep understanding of go-to-market metrics, sales processes, sales tech, data management, reporting and analytics to develop and implement scalable processes and strategies that enable scalable revenue growth. The ideal candidate is someone with energy, dedication, intellect, and drive that can bring new ideas along with an analytical mind, process savvy, and a commitment to growing a dynamic, evolving business.

This role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and offers the opportunity to shape the future of our organization.

How you will make a difference:

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with cross-functional (sales, marketing, client operations, product, finance) executive leadership to consistently achieve growth goals.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence in revenue operations practices, tooling, and methodologies.
  • Identify and assess critical strategic needs, and partner to translate them into actionable improvements to achieve retention and growth goals.
  • Focus on durability of operational processes and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to deepen our understanding of revenue and growth performance.

Metrics & Insights:

  • Guide and develop an impact-driven revenue operations team that embraces data-driven decision-making.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to define the optimal performance measurements, performance management programs, and Rules of Engagement Policies required to ensure the achievement of global and regional revenue goals. Aligns reporting with these performance management priorities.
  • Develop and manage global sales forecasting, planning, reporting, and analytics infrastructure.
  • Generate and present reports to executive leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.
  • Proactively monitors and ensures high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning and forecasting efforts.
  • Ensures planning, forecasting and budgeting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes employed within the company (working in tandem with Finance).

Sales Productivity and Process:

  • Collaborate with GTM leadership to model, forecast, and report on lead generation activities.
  • Analyze sales data and provide actionable recommendations to improve sales processes and drive consistency across the organization.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement on the implementation and management of sales enablement tools.
  • Works closely with sales management to improve sales processes and to drive consistency across the sales organization. Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
     

CRM Administration and Technology:

  • Oversee the implementation and management of the sales tech stack.
  • Management of Salesforce CRM administration, develop enhancements within CRM for a fully aligned 360-degree view of the customer.
  • Partner with Engineering/IT teams to ensure technology investments align with company-wide requirements.

Job Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in SaaS go-to-market strategy and revenue operations roles (preferably global).
  • Experience working in a complex sales cycle, preferably in B2B data, technology, or analytics companies.
  • Proven track record of leading change management and building high-performing global teams.
  • Deep experience with Salesforce and other sales automation tools, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into clear, actionable operational strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing stakeholders across all levels in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Passion for innovation and a commitment to fostering diverse, inclusive, and high-impact teams.
  • Resilient and resourceful leader who thrives in ambiguity, leads through complexity, and adapts quickly in dynamic environments.
  • Strong cultural steward who champions transparency, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong bias for action, comfortable operating at both the executive level and in the details to drive meaningful outcomes.
