  • Lead M&A integration across systems, data, processes, operating models and people.

  • Support due diligence and prepare the organisation for future M&A activity.

  • Support partner operations, including deal registration, revenue sharing, joint business planning and performance tracking.

  • Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Account Management, Customer Success and Finance.

  • Support global expansion, market development and multi-product growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience scaling and supporting a global GTM function of 100+ employees across multiple regions.

  • Demonstrated success leading and developing distributed Revenue Operations teams.

  • Significant experience operating within larger, globally scaled SaaS or technology businesses.

  • Mandatory hands-on HubSpot experience, including CRM optimisation, data hygiene, automation, integrations and user adoption.

  • Proven ownership of major systems integrations, global platform implementations or technology consolidation programs.

  • Experience supporting or leading M&A integration across systems, processes, data and people.

  • Deep expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, revenue analytics and commercial modelling.

  • Advanced Excel capability, including scenario planning and performance analysis.

  • Experience designing territories, segmentation models, quotas and capacity plans.

  • Strong partnership experience across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Account Management and Finance.

  • A commercially astute, data-driven leadership style with the ability to move confidently between strategy and hands-on execution.

Why Join Eftsure?

  • Shape the systems, data foundations and operating model supporting our next phase of growth.

  • Work directly with executive leadership on high-impact commercial and transformation initiatives.

  • Lead a global team spanning the United States, Australia and Europe.

  • Join a mission-driven company helping businesses protect themselves from payment fraud.

If you are a systems-minded Revenue Operations leader who knows how to scale global GTM organisations, unify complex platforms and turn data into predictable growth, we’d love to hear from you.
