With our AI-powered Global Work Platform™, companies can hire, pay, and manage employees in 185+ countries—removing risk, red tape, and guesswork from global growth. Backed by more than a decade of compliance leadership and local expertise, Pebl helps businesses move fast, stay compliant, and scale with confidence. With Pebl, companies everywhere can hire great talent anywhere.

Where Your Work Moves the Needle.

At Pebl, every team member drives our success. Joining us means more than filling a role—you’re accountable for results and impact. Our values guide how we operate, execute, and collaborate across borders. By putting them into action, you’ll help us scale faster, compete harder, and lead the future of global work.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Pebl is transforming how companies hire and manage talent globally. Our platform enables organizations to compliantly employ workers in over 150 countries—fast, transparently, and with a modern experience that eliminates complexity.

As we accelerate into our next stage of growth, we’re seeking a Vice President of Revenue Operations & Strategy to architect, modernize, and scale the systems, insights, and processes that power Pebl’s go-to-market engine. This role is not about maintaining what exists.

You will operate as both:

  • A strategic architect and quarters-ahead partner to the CRO

  • A deeply hands-on builder who rolls up their sleeves to design, automate, and execute

If you thrive in environments where you can design the system, build it yourself, and prove impact quickly, this is the role.

What You’ll Drive

  • Modernizing a sales organization still operating with outdated selling models

  • Reducing sales cycle time by up to 75%

  • Eliminating friction and manual approval processes

  • Automating aggressively across the revenue lifecycle

  • Instrumenting land → expand growth

  • Building forecasting discipline and operational rigor

How You'll Make An Impact

Sales Modernization & Velocity

  • Redesign Pebl’s sales motion to enable two- to three-call closes

  • Shorten time-to-close (won or lost) by 75% through process and systems improvements

  • Build frameworks, content, guardrails, and automation that drive speed and confidence early in the cycle

  • Introduce metrics such as

    • Stage-2→Close conversion

    • Same-day next-step rate

    • Two-call close KPI

Revenue Operations Leadership

  • Act as the forward radar, identifying acceleration or risk signals 1–2 quarters ahead

  • Build forecasting models that accurately predict new logo bookings, renewals, expansion.

  • Ensure RevOps becomes a strategic partner across Sales, Marketing, Finance / FP&A, and Customer Success

Systems & Automation

  • Own Salesforce optimization end-to-end with a bias toward automation and simplicity

  • Turn Gong, AI prospector tools, and BI platforms into force multipliers

  • Create automated workflows that reduce friction and manual handoffs

Capacity, Forecasting & Modeling

  • Build capacity and coverage models tied to real productivity and ramp performance

  • Create top-down and bottoms-up planning models supporting 50%+ annual growth

  • Lead annual and quarterly planning, including quota, territories, and headcount strategy

Customer Telemetry & Expansion Forecasting

  • Design a Growth & Risk scorecard and enable proactive routing

You will Collaborate on

  • Architect Pebl’s GTM operating system for scale

  • Drive automation and process excellence across the revenue organization

  • Build accurate forecasting models and reporting

  • Lead sales productivity, enablement, and certification programs

  • Partner with Marketing and Product to improve conversion and velocity

  • Co-design compensation and incentive structures tied to strategic priorities

The Ideal Candidate

You are energized by building. You thrive in ambiguity and speed. You combine:

  • CRO-level strategic thinking

  • Deep systems and process design experience

  • Hands-on execution and automation capability

Pebl Culture Fit
We operate with urgency and precision, prioritize clarity in decision-making, and execute with discipline. Leaders are expected to balance sound judgment with decisive action.

The Right Leader

  • Thrives as both a strategic designer and hands-on executor

  • Prioritizes automation and scalable systems over incremental headcount

  • Builds enablement frameworks that empower reps and accelerate execution

  • Drives cross-functional alignment without centralized ownership of every function

  • Sets a high bar for performance and holds teams accountable

Let's Connect If You

  • 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or GTM leadership roles

  • Experience restructuring, not just scaling, a $100M+ ARR GTM organization. WITH SPEED!

  • A track record of lifting forecast accuracy and designing capacity models that match reality

  • Demonstrated success shortening sales cycles and increasing conversion

  • Deep expertise in Salesforce (architecture + automation), Gong, BI/analytics platforms

  • Experience in tech-forward and AI-influenced sales environments

Our Commitment to You
