We are actively seeking a VP, Rimini Consult, NAMER. This role reports to the Rimini Consult – Delivery and Pre-Sales Leadership and is eligible for remote work from a home office located within the US.

Position Summary

The Vice President, Rimini Consult Delivery, oversees delivery operations in North America and may expand to another region. This executive ensures world-class delivery execution, provides strategic leadership to pre-sales efforts, and establishes disciplined, scalable processes across all Professional Services engagements. The ideal candidate is a proven Professional Services leader with deep experience in enterprise software consulting, capable of driving delivery excellence, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and enabling growth by aligning offerings, delivery, and sales in a unified go-to-market motion.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership and Execution

  • Lead and manage the delivery organization for Rimini Consult across assigned regions, ensuring on-time, high-quality project outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain a scalable delivery organization, overseeing internal teams and external partners.
  • Define and enforce best-in-class Professional Services methodologies, governance frameworks, and quality assurance standards.
  • Monitor delivery metrics, project profitability, and client satisfaction; implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Pre-Sales and Sales Enablement

  • Partner closely with Sales to support pre-sales activities, including solution definition, scoping, proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Act as executive sponsor for strategic opportunities, positioning Rimini Consult’s value proposition to clients.

Offerings and Go-to-Market Alignment

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Delivery leadership to define, package, and launch new Rimini Consult offerings.
  • Ensure service offerings align with market needs, competitive dynamics, and Rimini’s overall growth strategy.
  • Drive development of supporting collateral (case studies, tear sheets, client success stories) based on completed projects.

Cross-Functional Leadership and Collaboration

  • Represent Rimini Consult Delivery in global forums, contributing to the broader Professional Services strategy.
  • Drive cross-regional collaboration, knowledge sharing, and standardization of processes and tools.
  • Develop and manage a trusted network of partner organizations to augment delivery capacity and pre-sales expertise.

Qualifications

Required

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • 15+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Delivery leadership roles within the enterprise software domain.
  • Proven success leading regional or global delivery teams, including responsibility for pre-sales and P&L performance.
  • Background in services commercialization, offering development, or service productization.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise application ecosystems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and modernization services.
  • Highly collaborative leader who thrives in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
  • Strategic thinker with operational discipline and execution focus.
  • Passion for client success and delivery excellence.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills across cultures and teams.

Preferred

  • Experience building and managing strategic partner networks.
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and implement scalable service delivery frameworks and methodologies.

The general salary range for this type of role is 186k - 233k depending on skills and experience. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be based on several factors such as: a candidate's location, and the level of applicable skills and professional experience. Rimini’s target pay for each position is available upon request during the applicant’s Interview process.
