Who you are:

As a Wealth Advisor II, you believe in building a firm financial foundation. You will work with our clients to help them develop financial plans, provide sound financial advice, and proactively market Frost Banking and Wealth Management products and services. Here, you’ll have the freedom and flexibility to focus on the parts of the business that you enjoy (such as retirement planning, investments, etc.), and you’ll get to know our clients and their families on a deeper level, so you can help them reach their financial goals. More than that, this role is about building relationships and doing so with integrity, caring, and excellence.

What you’ll do:

  • Retain and grow Frost Wealth Management relationships by serving as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, with annual revenue from production expected to range between $350,000 and $750,000

  • Expand client relationships by recommending tailored investment, insurance, and banking solutions

  • Meet with clients regularly to review financial plans and client investment portfolio objectives in alignment with compliance and regulations  

  • Collaborate with internal partners to deliver coordinated proposals and presentations that meet client needs

  • Deliver exceptional service and build long-term relationships based on trust and performance 

  • Build relationships across internal teams and within the broader professional community to enhance visibility and drive business growth

  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes 

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline; or equivalent experience

  • FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses or FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses; or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire 

  • General Lines Agent License: Life, Accident, Health, and HMO Insurance; or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications 

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Certified Financial Planner, Certified Wealth Strategist, or other designation such as CPA, CFA, CIMA, or CTFA
