We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Web and Digital Marketing Manager to lead our web infrastructure and manage all digital advertising efforts. This critical role will be responsible for the health and performance of our corporate website (built on Webflow) and driving pipeline growth through the strategic optimization of our digital advertising campaigns (PPC, Paid Social, Display, etc.). The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong technical grasp of modern web platforms and a proven track record of maximizing ROI from digital marketing spend.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Infrastructure & Performance (Webflow)

Webflow Management: Own and manage the entire corporate website infrastructure on Webflow, ensuring stability, security, performance (speed/uptime), and scalability.

Site Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve website performance for core web vitals, SEO, and overall user experience (UX) to increase conversion rates.

Development & Deployment: Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of new website features, landing pages, and content updates in partnership with design and content teams.

Technical SEO: Lead technical SEO efforts, including site structure, schema markup, crawlability, and mobile responsiveness.

Digital Advertising

Strategy & Execution: Develop, execute, and manage the end-to-end digital advertising strategy across all paid channels (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, display networks) and manage our agency.

Budget Management: Manage and allocate the digital advertising budget effectively to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), focusing heavily on optimizing campaigns for marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and sales pipeline.

Campaign Optimization: Conduct rigorous A/B testing, audience segmentation, bid management, and creative refresh cycles to continuously improve campaign performance, cost per acquisition (CPA), and pipeline contribution.

Reporting & Analysis: Establish clear metrics and provide regular, data-driven reporting on campaign performance, web traffic, conversion rates, and the impact of digital efforts on the sales pipeline (lead-to-opportunity/win rates).

Analytics & Data Integration

Serve as the subject matter expert for Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

Develop custom data layers, manage event triggers, and guarantee accurate capture of all high-value user actions.

Configure and maintain necessary data connectors and APIs to route web data seamlessly into downstream platforms, including the Incorta platform and BigQuery.

Provide regular, insightful reports on website performance and digital analytics to key stakeholders and the executive team.

Web Operations (MarTech)

Manage web tracking and workflow logic to ensure a high-quality, clean flow of lead data from web forms directly into the CRM.

Partner closely with the Marketing Operations and Analytics teams to enhance data quality and expand overall technology capabilities.

Qualifications

Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3+ years managing web infrastructure and digital advertising at a Manager level or equivalent.

Webflow Expertise: Deep, hands-on expertise with Webflow is required, including CMS utilization, custom code integration, and performance optimization.

Digital Advertising Mastery: Proven expertise in managing significant budgets and driving performance across major paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

Pipeline Focus: A strong, demonstrated understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead generation methodologies, and optimizing marketing activities for pipeline and revenue impact. Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) integration is essential.

Analytical Skills: Highly proficient in web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4 is a must) and advanced spreadsheet/data analysis skills. Must be able to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Technical Fluency: Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to front-end development, tracking implementation, and performance debugging.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical and performance data to non-technical stakeholders.

The anticipated salary range for this role is between $112,000 - $145,000, starting pay will vary based on a range of factors which can include but is not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, and scope.

This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus program and potential for equity incentive program as well as benefit and perquisite plans including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401K plan, time off, and sick leave.
