Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a Western Hemisphere Campaign Integration Lead to support execution of the company’s Western Hemisphere growth strategy. Reporting directly to the Business Growth Lead, this position will serve as the campaign lead’s primary integrator and deputy—connecting Parsons organizations, accounts, customers, capabilities, technical subject-matter experts, and opportunities into a coordinated enterprise effort.

The role will support growth and mission integration across:

  • Homeland defense
  • Border security modernization
  • Maritime security and interdiction
  • Counter-drug and counter-transnational organized crime operations (TCO)
  • Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (cUAS)
  • Critical infrastructure protection
  • Interagency operations
  • Related intelligence, cyber, information, and operational-support mission

What You’ll Be Doing:

Campaign Execution and Integration

  • Support the Senior Director, Western Hemisphere / Homeland Defense in executing the campaign strategy across Defense & Intelligence, Federal Solutions, and other Parsons organizations.
  • Coordinate activities across accounts, capture, business-development, program, and technical teams.
  • Maintain the integrated campaign action plan, operating rhythm, milestones, dependencies, and follow-up actions.
  • Identify gaps, overlaps, duplicative efforts, and cross-cutting opportunities across the campaign.
  • Connect Parsons capabilities and technical subject-matter experts to emerging customer requirements.
  • Prepare campaign updates, decision points, recommendations, and executive briefings for senior leadership.
  • Promote a coordinated Parsons approach across related missions, customers, opportunities, and partner engagements.

Pipeline and Business-Development Support

  • Maintain visibility into the Western Hemisphere campaign pipeline and associated opportunity priorities.
  • Track business-development, pre-pursuit, capture, and bid-and-proposal activities.
  • Coordinate opportunity reviews, action-item management, customer-engagement planning, and internal decision support.
  • Help align customer requirements with Parsons capabilities, differentiators, partners, and solution teams.
  • Support identification and development of new opportunities across homeland defense, border security, maritime security, counter-drug, counter-TCO, cUAS, critical infrastructure, and interagency missions.
  • Improve information flow among account owners, capture managers, technical leads, and senior leadership without displacing individual opportunity ownership.

Customer and Interagency Awareness

  • Maintain awareness of relevant activities, priorities, requirements, and opportunities across:
    • Department of War (DoW)
    • Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
    • U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)
    • U.S. Coast Guard (USCG)
    • U.S. Northern Command (USNORTHCOM)
    • U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM)
    • Department of State (DoS)
    • Other interagency and mission partners
  • Integrate customer-engagement activities across the campaign and ensure relevant information is shared across the Parsons enterprise.
  • Support coordinated preparation for customer meetings, industry engagements, strategy sessions, and executive-level discussions.
  • Develop trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders across government, industry, and mission-partner organizations.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, national security, intelligence, international relations, engineering, public policy, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of related experience or 12+ years related experience with an advanced degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, campaign planning, capture, intelligence, operations, mission integration, federal contracting, or related discipline.  Execution-oriented integrator who can see across organizational boundaries, connect mission needs with Parsons capabilities, and convert strategy into measurable action.
  • Experience coordinating multiple teams, accounts, customers, capabilities, and opportunities in a complex organization.  Strategic awareness with hands-on execution, helping translate campaign priorities into coordinated action while preserving ownership by individual account, capture, program, and technical leads.
  • Experience developing action plans, pipeline reviews, executive updates, decision briefs, or comparable integration products.  Comfortable working with senior leaders while also managing detailed pipeline information, action items, customer engagements, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Understanding of one or more Western Hemisphere mission areas, including homeland defense, border security, maritime security, counter-drug or counter-TCO operations, cUAS, critical infrastructure protection, or interagency operations.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance, if required by assigned programs.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:

  • Experience supporting DoW, DHS, CBP, USCG, USNORTHCOM, USSOUTHCOM, DoS, or other interagency customers.
  • Experience integrating intelligence, cyber, information operations, electronic warfare, operational technology, autonomy, or critical-infrastructure capabilities.
  • Experience supporting pre-pursuit, capture, proposal, or bid-and-proposal activities.
  • Experience working across multiple business units or operating as an enterprise-level integrator.
  • Familiarity with government acquisition, mission requirements, customer planning cycles, and federal contracting processes.
  • Advanced degree or relevant professional certification.
