Job Description:

Join Altera as a Workday Integrations and Reporting Lead! The Workday Integrations and Reporting Lead will own and scale our Workday integration, reporting, and analytics capabilities as we continue to build and optimize our people systems environment as an independent company.

This role will serve as the subject matter expert for Workday integrations, reporting strategy, data governance, and workforce analytics, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and external vendors to deliver reliable, scalable, and business-focused solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in Workday integrations and reporting with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to translate business requirements into sustainable system solutions. This individual will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, supporting operational excellence, and enabling informed decision-making through accurate and actionable workforce data.

Salary Range 

 

The pay range below is for Bay Area California only. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance.  

 

$118.9K - $172.2K USD

Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of Workday HCM experience, with focus specifically on integrations and/or reporting

  • Hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST), XSLT

  • Strong background in Workday report writer, calculated fields, and BIRT/RaaS

  • Understanding of Workday security model as it relates to integrations and reporting

  • Strong Sdata analysis skills

  • Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday Pro certification (Integrations and/or Reporting) preferred

  • Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and Power BI  a plus

  • Experience with Workday Extend

  • Background in HR/business processes

  • Experience leading a team or serving as a technical lead on Workday projects
