Leads control management for JPMorganChase’s Consumer and Community Banking Operations portfolio. Designs and strengthens risk and control frameworks, identifies emerging compliance and operational risks, drives governance and issue management, and promotes consistent agile control practices. Partners with Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Risk stakeholders to support transformation initiatives, regulatory compliance, control effectiveness, and operational resilience. Requires strong risk-based decision-making, change management, stakeholder influence, executive communication, and data literacy.

Develops Federal Government enterprise pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner and reseller engagement, cross-selling, event participation, and renewal or RFP research. The role collaborates with Federal account executives and channel leaders, conducts onsite partner visits, follows up on event leads, supports sales enablement, and builds relationships with Federal technology buyers and partners. This Virginia-based remote position requires regular travel to Federal partner offices and events around Washington, D.C.

Monitor and investigate cybersecurity alerts, analyze endpoint telemetry, logs, forensic artifacts, malware, and Microsoft 365 activity, then coordinate threat remediation. The analyst also supports escalations, contributes to detection engineering and tuning, and collaborates across the SOC. The role requires knowledge of operating systems, enterprise administration, networking, web security, attacker techniques, and malware analysis while working a remote weekend 4x10 shift after training.
