What you'll do

Employee Experience

  • Own the onboarding experience, making sure every new hire feels welcomed and set up for success from day one

  • Build the yearly recreation budget and create a plan that accounts for all locations and needs

  • Coordinate and lead employee engagement initiatives with the HR team

  • Administer exits for your assigned location(s) and provide insights to the HRBP team

  • Manage events for all employees, onsite and remote

  • Partner with the Global Employee Experience team to build a wellbeing strategy aligned with business needs

  • Support the HR team on local employee relations, engagement, and HR business partnership matters

  • Manage community involvement and volunteer activities alongside local office leaders

Office Management

  • Prepare and organize travel plans and arrangements

  • Help implement company events, large and small

  • Support remote employees with administrative needs

  • Maintain office and kitchen supplies, and coordinate refreshments for the office and meetings

  • Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, and the general office budget

  • Manage relationships with facilities service providers and landlords

  • Handle seating plans, furniture, and equipment procurement; manage logistics for meetings and conference rooms

  • Own vendor relationships and process optimization, including vendor transitions and negotiations

What you'll need

  • 3+ years managing employee engagement activities at a global high-tech company

  • Experience leading and organizing an office or workplace

  • Vendor management experience

  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis’ total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. Redis utilizes market pay data to determine compensation, so posted compensation ranges are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
