Location: Fully Remote - LATAM, Eastern Europe, South Africa

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Design high-converting YouTube thumbnails tailored to different clients and content styles

  • Translate video concepts into bold, instantly understandable visuals

  • Use facial expressions, contrast, and composition to drive urgency, curiosity, or excitement

  • Adapt to various brand aesthetics while maintaining strong performance principles

  • Keep designs clean, high-impact, and mobile-friendly

  • Make intentional design choices around layout, hierarchy, and color

  • Provide a short rationale (3–6 sentences) explaining your concept and creative decisions

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • Strong portfolio of YouTube thumbnails or high-performing social visuals

  • Ability to adapt to different visual styles and brand guidelines

  • Deep understanding of what makes content clickable

  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, or similar tools

  • Strong grasp of composition, contrast, and visual hierarchy
