Lead and grow a team of Customer and Community Success Managers, serve as executive sponsor for key clients, manage renewals/expansion, mitigate risks and escalations, oversee onboarding and adoption, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale processes and staff development.

Lead technical account management and implementations for customers and partners: scope, plan, and execute integrations; troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; drive adoption; document and standardize best practices; liaise with Product and Engineering to prioritize enhancements and guide vendor integrations.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive adoption, retention, and value realization.
