Drive retention, transfer success, SLA performance, and scalable partner operations through data analysis, success plans, business reviews, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Manage escalations, influence product and engineering roadmaps, support technical integrations, and build relationships with senior partner stakeholders. Identify recurring service issues and implement solutions that improve partner and end-user experiences.

Own technical relationships with Tier 1 Wise Platform partners after launch. Maintain integration health, troubleshoot APIs, webhooks, authentication, data flows, and backend issues, and coordinate incident resolution with Engineering and Support. Lead technical change adoption, monitor SLAs, advocate for partner needs, and influence product roadmaps. Build scalable technical account management processes, documentation, tooling, and best practices across globally distributed teams.

Own the post-sale lifecycle for North American enterprise payouts accounts, including partner onboarding, API integration go-lives, account health, technical issue triage, and revenue expansion. Drive adoption across payment corridors, currencies, payout flows, and business units. Build onboarding playbooks, health frameworks, QBR processes, escalation paths, and operational workflows while monitoring compliance and transaction metrics.
