Owns growth analytics for North America, focusing on pricing optimization, customer price elasticity, experimentation, causal inference, and customer lifetime value. The role builds semantic data layers, scalable pipelines, benchmarking systems, and retention models while guiding product and pricing strategy. It also communicates insights to commercial, finance, marketing, and product stakeholders and mentors junior analysts.

Own the North American SMB product strategy and 12–24 month roadmap at Wise. Lead customer research, advisory council development, feature execution, metrics, pricing optimization, and cross-functional collaboration across regional and global product, engineering, finance, compliance, and marketing teams. Drive growth of Wise’s business account proposition and develop new revenue opportunities including SMB credit, working capital, and supplier onboarding.
